The Sun Down Gong Bath and Social
at The Living Theatre
As the autumn draws in and our yoga series comes to an end, we have an extra special session planned. Running for an hour and a half from 5.30 to 7pm on Sunday 11th September, Claire shall be partnering up with fellow yogi Alex Dally to deliver you a calming evening flow followed by a cleansing ethereal Gong Bath.
Feeling that deep sense of grounding you shall then be invited to soak up the space and watch the sunset with Claire and Alex as we wave goodbye to a beautiful summer and welcome in the autumn at The Living Theatre.
Please do bring along a flask of something hot and an extra layer for after your session, perhaps even a torch for your way back down. We look forward to having you.
Parking is down at Waterhall Farm, Whitwell SG4 8AF. The theatre is then a ten minute walk with toilets on the way (by Emily's Tea Rooms) as there are currently no toilets up at the theatre.
